Our Shipping and Ordering & Return Policies:


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. We ship all items via USPS. Unless requested and paid for by customer.     * Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

The shipping price will be reflected at he time of checkout and you will see the shipping amount.

If you choose a different shipping option you will need to contact Glass & Fire at 970-402-3280 or write to ronmurphy@glassnfire.com, we will estimate shipping delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for some items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.




We usually make and ship your order with in a week and allowing another week for it to arrive after we recieve them. I have move my operation to work in Mexico part of the year. Items ordered and made there could take up to 3 to 4 days longer.



We do not provide tracking unless requested and paid for by the customer. Please contact Glassnfire at ronmurphy@glassnfire.com or call 970-402-3280 to make arrangments for tracking. 


We don't insure any of our shippments unless the customers requests and pays for it. Again contact Ron for this service

Returns Policy We do not do refunds only replacment or repair on any item broken due to our falt. You will be required to pay the return shipping unless the item was has a problem  that we are responsible for.  We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
